Description: Building /system verification for all types of Commercial Buildings, Local travel required and possible long distance. Must provide field verifications, room configurations and facilities drawings will be compared to existing drawings.

Schedule: Part-time

Must possess the following skills:

"MUST HAVE" experience utilizing multiple laser hardware

Additional skills required:

• Document building data
• Ability to read floor plan drawings
• Understanding of building MEP systems
• Ability to reverse engineer
• Ability to develop sketches

Must be detailed oriented

Compensation: Depends on experience
